ClearMD does not accept returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returned cleansers, moisturizers, or treatments, in exchange for a refund or alternate product. If you do not wish to receive a shipment please contact our support team or manually adjust your next shipping date at least 2 full business days before your next shipment is scheduled to be processed. Once a shipment has been processed (billed and entered our fulfillment queue) it cannot be cancelled. You can always view your next shipping date on your account dashboard.
